1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing FatRocket.io ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not play.

2. Description of Service

FatRocket.io is a free-to-play, browser-based multiplayer game where players control rockets competing for soap bubbles in a space arena. The Game is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), you should have parental or guardian consent before playing.

4. Player Conduct

When playing, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, including denial-of-service attacks or excessive connection flooding.
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate callsigns.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game's client or server code.

We reserve the right to block or ban players who violate these rules, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All game assets, code, graphics, sound effects, and music are the property of FatRocket.io or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game's content without written permission.

6. No Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatRocket.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Game (which is zero, as it is free).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
